We are proud to launch the Susan Terry Foundation in support of our mission at CAN Community Health. Named in honor of CAN’s founder, Susan Terry, this foundation will lead our philanthropic efforts. It will help us advance our vision of health equity and reinforce our role as a national leader in ending epidemics.
The Susan Terry Foundation will raise critical funds to ensure CAN Community Health’s Patient Assistance Fund continues providing care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. In addition, the Foundation will support like-minded organizations that uplift and empower individuals affected by HIV, helping them live fully and free from stigma.

Matching Gifts

Tax-Free IRA Distribution
If you are 70.5 or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your traditional or Roth IRA without incurring federal income tax. You may contribute up to $100,000 annually.
